1. Delivery Method

All products available on The Curse of the Crusader are delivered digitally.

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  • Immediate access to the purchased content, OR

  • An email with instructions to access your content

If you do not receive access within a reasonable time:

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining access to your account or email

  • Saving any downloadable content where applicable

We are not responsible for lost access due to:

  • Incorrect email entry

  • Account deletion by the user

  • Device or software issues

4. Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All sales are generally final and non-refundable

However, refunds may be considered if:

  • You experience technical issues preventing access

  • Duplicate purchases occur

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

5. Future Physical Products

If physical products are introduced in the future, a separate Shipping Policy will apply.
