Privale Villa Vitale

PRIVATE VILLA — SECRET BAY, GOZO

Location: Secret Bay, near Mgarr Harbor, Gozo

Status: Restricted Access

Set above the rugged coastline of Secret Bay, the villa stands in deliberate isolation—positioned where land breaks sharply into stone and sea. The approach is discreet, accessible only by a narrow coastal road that winds away from the main harbor, gradually leaving behind the movement and noise of Mgarr.

From a distance, the structure appears unremarkable. Low-profile, built in the traditional limestone style, it blends into the surrounding terrain with calculated restraint. Nothing about it invites attention.

Up close, the details suggest otherwise.

The property is designed for privacy. Sightlines are controlled. Access points are limited. The surrounding cliffs and the constant movement of the sea below create a natural barrier—one that conceals as effectively as it protects.

Within *The Curse of the Crusader* universe, the villa is linked to Lily Vitale, whose presence here remains largely undocumented. There are no public records of regular activity, yet indications suggest the location has been used for meetings not intended to be observed.

Its proximity to the harbor is notable. Close enough for discreet arrivals. Far enough to remain unseen.

There are no confirmed records tying the site directly to the Key.

But patterns—movement, timing, and association—suggest the villa may serve as more than a private retreat.

Whether it is a place of negotiation, concealment, or preparation… remains unclear.

What is certain is this:

The villa was chosen with purpose.

And nothing about its location appears accidental.
